We purchased our caravan from Highbridge in June 2012 and although it is only a 2004 model it is my pride and joy. I felt I had to contact you to give praise where it's due. The whole experience with Highbridge has been truly amazing. We loved the fact that we could make a couple of trips and spend time looking at the various layouts without feeling pressurised. Once we had made our minds up the sales team were very helpful and we were delighted to have a few items thrown in without even asking, thanks Matthew. A very knowledgable gentleman Bill came over and gave us a few hints and tips. We completed a snagging list and these were all dealt with by the time our van was collected. Unfortunately there were a few more issues which needed attention but we have not been put off because you have a wonderful lady working in Aftersales, Liz. What a gem! A real diamond, nothing is too much trouble and she gets things sorted very promptly. I think your 12 months warranty is superb as you genuinely uphold it. Unfortunately our van has to come into the workshop in March but I have every confidence in your company and know that the problems will be resolved satisfactorily, Liz is looking after us! We have used the Awnings dept. and Justin was very knowledgeable. I must mention the staff in the shop they always greet us when we come in and make us feel very welcome the lady that's also a radiologist I think is so lovely. It's such a pleasure to visit Highbridge. We always recommend you to people we meet and would only buy our next caravan from yourselves. You all deserve a pat on the back and deserve the awards from Practical Caravan. Please pass on our thanks to Liz.

I have just completed a sale with yourselves for a Pennine Pathfinder 600 folding camper. I would just like to comment on the excellent customer service and communication I have received whilst making this purchase from David Wilkes. I have felt that nothing was too much trouble, all questions answered and requests completed, also an understanding when I was unable to attend a pre-planned visit due to illness. Also I would like to thank Michael Pewsey for the top rate unit demonstration that took place earlier in January, this person has a fantastic knowledge of this product and all questions were again answered fully. So again thanks for a flawless customer service and fantastically presented product.

On Monday 10th September my husband and I came to say that the fridge in the caravan we bought from you a few weeks ago was not working properly. I am just writing to say that the service we received from your staff both in the sales reception and the repair office was 100percent. I know that these days people are quick to complain but I think way we were helped with our problem was fantastic. When I explained that we are unable to tow our caravan to you due to illness and it was sited at Brean all the stops were pulled out to help us and a very nice man arrived the next day and is now sorting the matter out for us. Well Done to your staff we will be telling people just how good you are and what a great servive you give.

We would to pass on our thanks and appreciation for the excellent service we have recently received. In January 2011 we purchased a Chausson Flash 04 from yourselves. We had it serviced December 2011. All was well until last Sunday when a water pipe burst somewhere near to the water heater. We were unable to fix it ourselves and on the following Monday decided to deliver the van to yourselves and phoned ahead. We were informed that you were unable to fix it immediately as you were very busy, but would try to sort it out quickly. I mentioned to the very polite young man in the After Sales Department about some warranty work, that was not urgent but would need to be done, perhaps at the next service. On Thursday of the same week a message was left for us to inform that the van was ready. We collected it today and the water leak and all the warranty work had been done successfully as far as we can tell. Having had experience of other dealers, we are very satisfied with the workmanship and the pleasant, helpful attitude of all of your staff.

We would like to say thankyou for everything you did to ensure we had a new caravan delivered and swapped all in place for us to enjoy our holidays as planned. Also we would also like to say a massive thank you to the couple who towed the caravan down to our site at woolacombe, they stayed with us to ensure the caravan was all connected and ready for us to holiday in. As 1st time caravaners we didnt really know that much and they stayed and shared alot of information and helpful tips and we cant thank them enough as this ment that we had peacful and enjoyable start to our family holiday with no stress. I would like to just say thanks to justin for his help with finding us a awning. Once again thank you very much, we would definitely recommend highbridge to all our friends and family.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks for what I felt was a particularly good service to the Caravelaire recently. Also, your reception staff are very good at what they do. It is all credit to your running of the department. If and when I purchase another caravan I would buy from Highbridge solely because of the high standard of aftersales service.

I purchased a Bessacarr 769 from you in november, we are really pleased with the motorhome but we are even more pleased with the after sales service you have provided,we had a few problems but im pleased to say these were sorted out by the service dept with no hassle,keep up the good work

We have just bought a new Coachman Pastiche 560/4 from Oliver. From the very start Oliver was fantastic very helpfull nothing was any trouble one of the best sales people I've dealt with and if he is still there in 5 years time I may change again. A credit to your company true to his word, thanks again.

I am contacting you re the following. In January we decided to replace our very old caravan (no water or leisure workings), we had the choice of two locations yourselves or one in Dorset, yourselves you won by 10 minutes travelling time, thank goodness.
While we were browsing a sales consultant approached and offered help if we wanted it, by some chance? Each time we were pondering something up he popped to help and advise, eventually he suggested a van in a different area a fleetwood colchester, job done unit sold, paperwork completed. Picked up three weeks later and  after a weekend away managed to damage the power cable from van to car, and a problem with gas heating - within a week the work was completed. From the moment we set foot at Highbridge we have been dealt with by friendliness, helpfulness knowledge and cheerfulness. what a pleasure it has been from the phone contact at reception through shop staff, workshop/service staff awning shop and to staff wander around doing their bit (I asked advice) every one smiling and cheerful, nothing seems to much bother from a light bulb query to the purchase of a porch awning I will not hesitate to recommend you and will continue to use you on anything caravan related. It is worth travelling from Castle Cary  to you. Please pass on our thanks and congratulations to all your staff. in this day and age with the service you give you will never be short of customers.
