Full-Time Sales Administrator

The position covers a variety of Administrative and customer facing roles within a very busy Department, with an emphasis on Customer care. Responsibilities within this role include but are not limited to:

  • Booking vehicles in to stock, registering both caravans and motorhomes which requires a conscientious approach and invoicing,
  • You are required to assist our customers with their new purchase by completing paperwork with them on their collection day, ensuring confidence with their purchse answering any queries and concerns,
  • Taking balance payments to include the signing and preparation of finance documentation,
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure both an efficient and professional service is provided,
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
  • A high level of confidentiality,
  • The ability to organise and prioritise workload with both the paper and computer systems with the department;
  • Proficient with business software such as Microsoft Office - particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ideally have previous experience in a similar busy environment.

Full-Time Customer Care Representative

We are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Aftersales & Customer Care Representative to join our team of helpful and friendly staff within our busy Highbridge Aftersales Department.

Duties to include:

  • To be the first point of contact for our customers either face to face, by phone, or by email
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Liaising with technical staff, and the warranty department to ensure all repairs are carried out in a timely fashion.
  • General administration will include filling, tying estimates, and printing invoices
  • Booking Caravans & Motorhomes in and out for repair.

The successful applicant will demonstrate

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and be computer literate.
  • Previous Customer Care experience is required, as well as the ability to work well within a busy environment.
  • Previous work within our industry or the motor industry would be advantageous.

Full training will be given.

Full Time hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with alternate Saturday morning working essential.

Full-Time Handover Person

Our Highbridge, Somerset Branch office is looking for a Full time Handover Person to join our helpful and friendly team.

Duties to include:

  • Working alongside the Sales team and workshop - checking that all the jobs are completed on all vehicles prior to the day of collection and all parts and accessories are either in the vehicle or put to one side.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are of a high standard and pass quality control before the customer collects and any issues are put right prior to the customer collecting, with the aim of not delaying the customer in any way.
  • To demonstrate the internal and external workings of caravans and motorhomes to our customers at point of collection

The Successful applicant will demonstrate

  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Experience of Caravans and Motorhomes

Full-Time Service Technician

Will be required to work to high standards on customers' vehicles. Working on the mechanical, LPG and electrical side of Touring Caravans and Motorhomes. Although mostly based at Highbridge you will also be required to undertake work on customers' vehicles either at their homes or campsite.

  • Full training will be given.
  • Experience in a workshop environment and proven technical ability is essential.
  • The opportunity to take a City & Guilds in Caravan servicing, an LPG and industry electrical qualifications are available as well as various product knowledge courses throughout the year.
  • 40 hour working week with optional overtime when available.

Full-Time Accounts Assistant

Our Highbridge, Somerset Branch is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our helpful and friendly team within our busy accounts department.

37.5 hours per week

Full-Time Repair Technician

Will be required to work to high standards on customers' vehicles. Would suit someone with carpentry experience. Will involve repairing and replacing internal woodwork, external panels, and fitting canopies, bike racks, etc. 40 hours working and optional overtime available when required.

General IT Assistant

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to work in a helpful, friendly environment, joining our successful IT Department. The successful candidate will be required to help with a wide variety of IT related roles, including:

  • system and network administration,
  • programming,
  • website design,
  • graphic design,
  • data entry
  • IT helpdesk & training of internal users

Some training and guidance will be provided but we work with an emphasis on independent learning and skills development. Also you will not be expected to fulfull all of these roles on a daily basis.

Full Time Cleaner

Required duties will include:

  • Internal Caravan Cleaning
  • Internal Motorhome Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning

Working Tuesday to Saturdays (essential) this role is 40 hours per week.

Part-Time Motorhome Sales Assistant

The successful applicant will join a very effective Sales Department at our Highbridge, Somerset branch, assisting the Motorhome sales team in providing excellent first point customer service.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Ideally, but not essential, you would have previously worked within the industry or have experience in a similar busy sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • A part time position with Weekend working essential.
  • Full drivers licence is required

Our Highbridge, Somerset Branch is looking for a Full Time Caravan & Motorhome Valeter to join our team of helpful and friendly team.

Working 5 days per week. The successful applicant will preferably have experience in valeting internally and externally Caravans and Motorhomes.

Full Time Chassis Technician

An ideal opportunity have arisen for a Chassis Technician to work on Caravans and Trailers at our Highbridge, Somerset site

The role will require the following:

  • To Replace Brake Shoes
  • To Service Brakes
  • Maintenance & set up of Braking Systems
  • Maintenance of Chassis
  • Tyre Replacement
  • General Chassis work

Must have a full driving license and will be required to tow and manoeuvre the Caravans and trailers around the site, and reverse them onto the ramps.

HR and Health & Safety Admin Assistant

As HR and Health & Safety Admin Assistant, you will be providing full administrative support for the HR and Health & Safety function, ensuring all tasks and processes are completed accurately. In this busy and varied role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing all relevant documentation for new starters, current employees and leavers
  • Maintaining up-to-date job descriptions, contracts, performance reviews etc
  • Monitoring holiday / absence records
  • Assisting with recruitment.
  • Arranging and monitoring employee training
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date confidential HR records in electronic format
  • Re-stocking and maintaining the Uniform levels.
  • General office duties, as required, to assist in the smooth running of the business

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong administrative experience dealing with employee related documentation
  • Positive can-do attitude with great people skills
  • Well organised with an ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Our Teigngrace, Devon TQ12 6QZ office is looking for a Full time Warranty & Parts Co-ordinator to join our helpful and friendly team.

Duties to include:

  • Providing assistance to the Warranty Administrator
  • Liaising with Service Technicians
  • Answering telephone
  • Providing assistance to the aftersales team
  • To liase and assist the parts function within the Devon operation.

The Successful applicant will demonstrate

  • Experience working within a Warranty department
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Experience working in a Parts Department.
